1. Acceptance
By inviting, using, or interacting with ModiCore, you agree to follow these Terms.
2. Requirements & Restrictions
- You must follow Discord Terms and Community Guidelines.
- No abusing the bot for spam, harassment, malware, or illegal content.
- No exploiting, reverse engineering, or unauthorized interference with the system.
3. Permissions & Data
The bot may request necessary permissions (e.g., read messages, manage messages, manage roles) strictly for functionality. See Privacy Policy for details.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content and actions on your server. Server owners have full control to configure or limit the bot’s features.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The bot is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime caused by third parties.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the bot if ToS violations are found or upon request by Discord or authorities.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued usage after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
